Coutout is a South Africa–based brand offering premium athleisure and activewear.

All products, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

2. Placing an Order

To place an order, select your product(s) and proceed to checkout.

Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT (unless otherwise stated).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

3. Delivery

We deliver nationwide in South Africa through trusted courier services.

Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally take 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details to follow your order.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

4. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

To request a return, please contact us at [insert email] with your order number.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

For hygiene reasons, certain products such as undergarments cannot be returned.
